Andrew goes to Hong Kong! Part deux

In Chinatown we call these mini cakes. Sold on the street by vendors, these stuck-together cakes are made by drizzling pancake batter onto a stove-top cast iron waffle-skillet. My mom used to buy them for us as kids. They taste best when the insides are still custard-like and not cooked through >:)

Not sure what this battered dish is but I think I see tentacles in there somewhere. Any guesses? *edit: apparently these are oyster pancakes!
