Shoop! And there it is. Watch a trick for separating eggs.

Next time I make a huge batch of ice cream, I’m using this technique to separate the egg yolks. The egg yolk just *shoops* right into the mouth of that water bottle and *plops* into the other bowl, with nary a stray thread of goopy egg white (what is it about writing a blog that makes us write in colloquialisms).
