Take 5 minutes of your time and do this to your bread:

We had a teeny tiny bit of leftover old whole wheat bread from D’s earlier loaf and a hunk of frozen french bread that’s, oh possibly a six months old or more.

Cubed it, and in a separate bowl, added 2 eggs, 2 cups of milk, 2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/4 cup of sugar. I topped mine with cranberry granola and popped it in the oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Bam. Incredible. Great while it’s warm but even better, according to L., after sitting out for a couple hours.
