Microwave on high until bubbles form on edges and milk registers at 165 degrees F.
This morning, hong kong style pan fried noodles with shitake mushroom, baby bok choy, red peppers and baby napa. Sauce made from cornstarch/flour, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and the water used to rehydrate shitake mushrooms.
