Productive weekend for the win!

Microwave on high until bubbles form on edges and milk registers at 165 degrees F. 20130113-152157.jpg

This morning, hong kong style pan fried noodles with shitake mushroom, baby bok choy, red peppers and baby napa. Sauce made from cornstarch/flour, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and the water used to rehydrate shitake mushrooms. 20130113-152205.jpg
