Fried Lobakgo

I saw that I’d only presented the lobakgo from the previous post in its steamed form. In dim sum restaurants you’re far more likely to see it served pan-fried with oyster sauce on the side. Somehow in the frying, the turnip cake will turn a bit soft and creamy in the middle, while developing a crackly exterior crust.
